- Frozen lattice cut fries
- 1/2 jar queso sauce (I used tostitos queso,what I had in house
- 1/2 red bell pepper (or any colour)
- 1 handful fresh chopped up kale (1/2 cup chopped)
- 1 heaping tbs cream cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup spicy salsa
Instructions to make to make (WTF is 4 dinner) Dinner
- Bake off in the oven your nuggets and fries according to pkg (if you deep fry your nuggets and frozen fries, then I'm sorry I cant help ya as I've never done this... but if you do, fry until cooked)
- While your nuggets and fries are cooking, prep your veggies.
- Add about 1 tbs of the chopped kale into the jar of queso, the cream cheese and salsa. Stir to combine. Warm in microwave for about 40 seconds or until all these cheese has melted. Then stir once more.
- Cut your nuggets in half and arrange around the plate with the lattice fries. Top with the queso, diced tomatoes and remaining chopped kale. Serve with sour cream (optional) I also served with the remaining pepper sliced on the side and sliced cucumbers
- Note: if I had it in the house I would have added diced fresh tomatoes, I think that would have tasted good... oh, and jalepenos!! Fresh or pickled jarred
