  1. In a grinder make a paste of almond, cashews, curd and cream.
  2. Transfer it in a bowl add black pepper powder, chat masala, garam masala, Salt, roasted kasuri methi,lemon juice and mix well

  4. Burn charcoal on gas and put it in a bowl
  5. Place this bowl in between the marinated chicken
  6. Add ghee to charcoal. Fumes will start coming. Cover it and leave for one hrs
  7. Remove charcoal
  8. In a hot flat bottom kadhai place the chicken pieces and add all the marinate. Cover it.
  9. Cook on a medium to low flame
  10. Turn the chicken when brown from one side. Do the same on another side.
  11. It will cook in ghee which oozes out of cream.
  12. Serve hot
